A Derma Roller is a beauty device which is used to puncture the base layer of the skin, promoting its healing and anti-aging effect. This also allows for easier and faster absorption of serums, creams, lotions and any other beneficial ingredients like collagen or niacinamide.

It can have needles with different lengths, depending on the intended use.

Needle Tip Length and Function:

0.30mm – Fine wrinkles, Helps penetrate, Thicken epidermis

0.50 – 0.75mm – Deeper Wrinkles, Face Rejuvenation

1.0mm – Loose Elasticity, Cellulite, Stretch marks, Skin pigmentation

1.5mm – Acne scars, Large pores, Deep wrinkles, Anti-aging, Chicken pocks scars

Needle Length and Max Penetration Rolling Frequency

0.30mm: 4-5 times a week

0.50 – 0.75mm: 2-3 times a week

1.0mm: Once a week

1.5mm: Once every two weeks if used lightly, once every 3-4 weeks if used more vigorously.

Application

1) Sterilize the roller with alcohol or other means you see fit.

2) Cleanse the skin using a cleanser or water.

3) Apply a serum or cream of your choosing.

4) You can now place the head onto the chosen area, rolling in a back-and-forth motion. (4-5 times without pressing too hard)

5) Once done, move onto the next area or clean the roller again with alcohol and store away safely.
