How to Use: Apply to moistened skin and, using circular movements, gently spread the foamed gel on the face, neck and cleavage. Remove with warm, moist compresses.  When removing eye make-up, apply a small amount of gel on a cotton pad, gently place it on closed eyelids and wait a few seconds, then remove the make-up.
